This story is told with a heavy heart. Relishi Ink was founded by myself and 2 of my best friends back in 2008. It’s a clothing and skateboard brand focused on being an outlet for fine artists. What we did, was take a very street and abstract art style, and brought it into the fancy fashion world. We creating several clothing lines, and would host events up and down the east coast. Anywhere between New York City and Miami, we would bring together musicians, painters, dancers, and many other fine artists together. At these events and online, we built a legit company, who sold over 2,000 shirts. As 3 friends living at our parents house, we thought we were doing pretty well.

Sadly, in 2010, our primary artist and founder passed away suddenly. Since then, we have kept the brand alive, but have been more focused on keeping his artwork alive, then scaling the company.

Now, I simply use the brand as my creative outlet to make fun shirts.

My role at the beginning of this company, was mainly operations and technical design. I made sure we were a legal business entity, saw to the design and printing of our products, and built/managed the e-commerce website.
