A great experience starts with a great story

In order to tell that story, we need to get to know each other and your customers. Wheter it's an employer or a customer, I typically run through the following process. However, this is subject to change based on your needs. Please note that this is just an example.

Let's get to know each other

Usually coffee or drinks, hopefully both. This is to ensure we believe the same things, and can work together for a long period of time. It’s like a relationship. I don’t want to jump into something with knowing you, and I’m sure you feel the same way. After all, I’m in it for the long haul. If we don’t click at the beginning, the wheels will just fall off in the long run.

Let's understand your customers.

This is the most important step, and one that most of my clients haven’t done. We specialize in user research to ensure we know exactly who your customers are. This typically includes the creation of user persona’s, usability testing, and user research methods to help align your business goals with a great user experience.

Let's design

Since we believe in user centered design, we immediately jump into creating something users can test. Usually a prototype, whether it’s high fidelity or a wireframe, it’s important to get feedback from users before going into development.
